City of Aurora Mortgage/Housing Payments Assistance (2023): The City is assisting eligible homeowners experiencing hardship associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Using federal fund from the America Rescue plan, the program assists participants to help such homeowners get caught up on past due housing payments, property taxes, insurance, and housing utilities.
