Dear Member:
We will have an election in December, with more details to come. In the meantime, please send the consent form and the election procedures to all units and members. We will not mail any forms; they will all be electronically sent by the unit Secretaries. All units in good standing are eligible to run for office. I am still awaiting those details, but your unit secretary would know if you are in good standing. Please be sure to have all consent forms emailed with all three signatures no later than March 12th. The PO Box is on the form as well for those that would like to email them.
I apologize that the information was not sent by February 1. I was just appointed as Secretary this month. I will be sending all the minutes and virtual meeting updates soon. Please bare with me, but if you know something needs to be sent or missing, please email, and I will be sure to address it.
